Kelsey has traveled to different states to help dogs reach their goals. The farthest she has traveled is to Michigan.
Kelsey has four dogs of her own, all high drive working breeds. She currently participates in a bunch of different dog sports with her own personal dogs, such as Dock Diving, Farm Dog's Disc League, & Protection Sports.
Sports she will be getting into is Completive obedience towards earning a BH for two of her working dogs, and Rally.

Some of her hobbies she likes to do outside of dog training and dog sports is: Hiking the high peaks in the Catskills/ADK, Working out, and Skiing.

Kelsey is constantly continuing her education as new ideas and training methods continue to evolve. She is a big believer that every dog should be addressed as an individual and that one training method or tool doesn't fit all.
Kelsey looks forward to continuing to help owners reach their goals, and for their dogs to become the best version's of themselves by providing them with proper communication and balanced training.
Kassandre Jones
Trainer
Kassie discovered her passion for dog training eight years ago while working at No Barks About It in Ithaca, NY. Her time in the dog resort and daycare environment allowed her to build expertise in training, cooperative care for medication administration, dog behavior and psychology, pack dynamics, and proper boarding practices. This foundation fueled her commitment to learning and educating others in the training industry.

As Kassie honed her skills, she took on the role of managing a dog daycare and eventually co-founded a training school. After relocating to the Binghamton area, she joined the rapidly growing team at M&A Training. Kassie is driven by her love for helping clients build strong relationships with their dogs and finds joy in the daily variety and challenges that come with each unique dog and handler.

Kassie’s passion lies in teaching basic obedience and confidence-building, laying the groundwork for successful training relationships between handlers and their dogs. She continuously pursues professional development, focusing on CPDT certification, dog sports, trick training, and beginning her work with therapy and service dogs. Her dedication to growth ensures she stays at the forefront of the ever-evolving training field.

Kassie embraces a balanced, relationship-based training philosophy, understanding that each dog learns differently. She leverages her extensive knowledge and tools to help handlers achieve their goals using customized approaches. By prioritizing handler education, Kassie empowers clients to make informed training decisions and build lasting connections with their dogs.

What Our Clients are Saying
Cord Pennell
At the first class, I had no control over my dog and had to be put into a side room. By the second lesson, I was able to join the rest of class, and by the end of the 6 weeks he was lying down side by side with other dogs and has transformed into a new dog.
Alexis Patroske
Thanks to their board and train program our house is finally back to a calm cohesive environment that everyone can enjoy. Before M&A dog training, everyday was a battle of some kind...We would never trust anyone else!
Mat Swan
When I started training my dog had a fear reactivity towards people and other dog. In just the 12 weeks of classes I did they tremendously help me work with him on reintroducing him to the public and now I’m able to take him around people again. I absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking into getting help with their animals.
